At Navni Organic, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you face any issue with your order, we are here to help. Please read our refund and return guidelines carefully.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only if:
- The product arrived damaged, leaking, or defective
- You received the wrong product
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
Returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Used or opened skincare products
- Products damaged after delivery
- Items purchased on sale or with discount codes
- “Change of mind” or “did not like the scent/texture”
3. Refund Conditions
A refund is approved only when:
- The return request is verified through proof (photos/videos)
- The product is returned in original condition
- Our team confirms the issue
Refunds are issued as:
- Store Credit / Coupon Code (fastest)
- Bank Transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash (may take 3–5 business days)
4. Exchange Policy
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will:
- Send a replacement product, OR
- Issue store credit equal to your order amount
No extra delivery charges for exchanges caused by our mistake.
5. How to Apply for a Return or Refund

- Your order number
- Photos/videos of the issue
- Reason for return/refund
Our team will respond within 24 hours.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before shipping.
If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
7. Delivery Refusal
If a customer refuses to accept a Cash on Delivery order without a valid reason, we may:
- Block COD for future purchases
- Cancel future orders automatically

Navni Organic reserves the right to approve or deny refund/return requests based on inspection. Policies may be updated at any time without prior notice.
