1. Delivery Areas
We deliver across:
- All major cities of Pakistan
- Small towns and remote areas (delivery time may vary)
International shipping is currently not available.
2. Delivery Time
Our usual delivery timeline is:
- Karachi: 2–3 working days
- Major Cities (Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar): 3–5 working days
- Other Cities / Villages: 4–7 working days
Delivery delays may occur during holidays, sale periods, or weather conditions.
3. Shipping Charges
- A flat shipping fee of Rs. 150 is applied to all orders across Pakistan, regardless of location or order size.

- No hidden charges
- COD (Cash on Delivery) available across Pakistan
4. Dispatch Time
Orders are dispatched within:
- 24–48 hours after confirmation
You will receive updates via:
- SMS
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer COD on all products.
Please ensure:
- Your phone number is active
- You respond to confirmation calls/sms
- You accept the parcel upon arrival
If a customer repeatedly refuses COD orders, COD may be disabled for future purchases.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we send you:
- Tracking ID
- Courier name
- Tracking link
So you can follow your parcel’s journey anytime.
7. Lost, Delayed or Stolen Packages
If your order is:
- Lost,
- Delayed excessively, or
- Delivered to the wrong address,
Please contact us immediately.
We will coordinate with our courier partners to resolve the issue as fast as possible.
8. Wrong Address or Missing Information
If you entered:
- Wrong address
- Wrong phone number
- Incomplete details
Delivery may be delayed or fail.
Please double-check your information before placing your order.
9. Damaged Parcels
If the product arrives:
- Damaged
- Leaking
- Broken
- Incorrect
Please contact us within 48 hours with pictures/videos for a replacement.
